Provides assistance to victims and survivors of drunk and drugged driving crashes. Services may include emotional support, victim events, Support groups, Literature, Guidance through the justice systems, Information and referrals, and 24-hour national Help Line for victims of substance impaired driving crashes. ​ MADD Victim Advocates may be able to provide assistance in completing applications for Crime Victim Compensation, a state program that assists with expenses that have occurred due to a crime. They may offer court accompaniment, court case monitoring, and assistance in preparing Victim Impact Statements as well as parole hearing statements, and other services. Support services are available for adult and children victims, survivors and families and friends who have been impacted by an impaired driving crash.

An addiction wellness nonprofit that provides professional, compassionate peer coaching to anyone impacted by alcohol or other drugs, including loved ones. Peer coaching is a recovery support system where coaches draw on their lived experiences to help others on their paths to wellness. A peer coach is a wellness partner who provides knowledge, support, skills and accountability, depending on each person's individual needs. Coaches assist with all areas of a person's life, not just the use of alcohol or other drugs. Sobriety is not required, and members are supported in whatever wellness goals are meaningful to them.

The Carroll Institute adolescent program provides comprehensive behavioral health support. Offers a safe and supportive environment for students in their school to help them develop coping skills, build protective factors, assess safety, and prevent substance use. The CWOY Support Navigator program is designed to provide support for American Indian youth, adults, and their families in the He Sapa area who struggle with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. CWOY Support Navigators act as mentors, advocates, and resource guides for American Indian youth, adults, and families needing support for their healing and personal growth. Services offered include one-on-one mentorship, advocacy, individualized care planning, outings, activities and workshops, transportation to appointments, collaboration with behavioral health resources, coordination for success in academic programs, communication with family members, connecting participants to peer and community programs in support of healing goals, skill-building, mental health counseling, and therapeutic circles.

The WPRC seeks to divert or delay those we serve from substance use and other high-risk behaviors to promote choices/behaviors resulting in lifelong mind and body wellness. The WPRC primarily focuses prevention support services to stakeholders in South Dakota's 22 westernmost counties, but often serves an even broader audience. The WPRC's services include providing education, technical assistance, training and other support to prevention service providers, youth, parents, educators, community groups, social service providers, health/wellness agencies, chemical dependency service providers, law enforcement and other community wellness stakeholders. The main focus of Emily's Hope is treatment accessibility, support for families and prevention education. The Emily's Hope Fund, through the Avera McKennan Foundation, is getting people into treatment. Donations help offset insurance co-pays or support the uninsured. Donations will also support the families of those in treatment on a case-by-case basis who are seeing help at the Avera Addiction Care Center. Emily's Hope has developed a K-12 prevention education curriculum that aims to educate children on how substances affect the brain and how substance use disorder occurs. Emily's Hope publishes a weekly podcast on addiction and grief, holds a support group for those who have lost a loved one to overdose/fentanyl poisoning, publishes a blog on grief, and provides the latest news on addiction, overdose and the fentanyl crisis.
