Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Examples of situations where LSS has been involved include severe storm damage, tornados, flooding, forest fires and drought. LSS staff throughout the state with training and experience in Critical Incident Stress Management can mobilize quickly to offer counseling and case management when disaster strikes.

CISM can promote a more rapid recovery from the incident and facilitates normal integration back into home and work routines.
