Connection Center volunteers help assess the needs of the caller and are able to provide a referral to the most appropriate help source. The end goal is that once their resource or need is met, they have a relationship built and they feel like they have strength to step out of their situation.
The Connection Center coordinates the following programs within Love INC and ministries from partner churches:
