A public health nutrition program for income-eligible infants and children up to age 5, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

Also, provides faith based counseling; bereavement counseling; cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); terminal illness counseling; LGBTQ counseling; gender identity counseling; hoarding counseling, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), CBT, and DBT. Able to offer sessions via telehealth and in person.

Hospice Care is special care for patients who have a diagnosis of a terminal illness or a significant decline in overall health. Hospice care can be set up at home, in long-term care facilities or assisted living, or hospice centers. Hospice professionals are specially trained to manage pain and symptoms with palliative medicine at the end of life so patients are comfortable, yet alert and able to enjoy each day to the fullest extent possible.

Provides grant funds or loans to eligible entities, such as individuals, non-profits, housing authorities, partnerships, corporations, or Indian tribes in rural communities. Grants or loans are available to purchase land, develop sites for low-income housing, construct apartment housing units, or develop programs to repair low-income housing.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Services include collecting fees for property taxes and vehicle licenses (cars, motorcycles, trucks, trailers, commercial vehicles, snowmobiles, and boats), parking permits application and issuing for individuals with a disability, and application assistance for tax reduction/rebate program for individuals who are disabled and/or elderly (65 or older). Does not issue out of state registrations or titling.

Klein Ranch - Klein Ranch is a unique camp that offers youth the opportunity to begin to stretch their boundaries, and abilities, as they ride horses on 2,300 acres of Wild West ranch country. Campers can spend a week exploring the prairie on horseback and participating in other activities, such as hiking the mini badlands, having an overnight campout, playing games and more. Through the camp's small group community, youth strengthen their identity and gain depth in their faith. At Klein Ranch, youth also develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and for others as they care for the animals at the camp. Outlaw Ranch - Located amongst granite outcroppings in the southern Black Hills, Outlaw Ranch is open year round, offering summer youth camps, family camp, year round retreats for youth and adults, as well as hosting business gatherings and family reunions. Outlaw Ranch is known across the country for its top notch family camps, bringing youth and families together.

Provides home care and nursing services to anyone 18 years or older who needs assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) due to illness, injury, disability, or aging. Services take into consideration spiritual, physical and emotional needs. Provides assistance to individuals with varying abilities to live as independently as possible through home care services, companion care, personal care, and in-home nursing care.

First Time Home Buyer Sessions: A certified housing counselor works with clients one on one to complete a pre-purchase counseling reviewing items such as: credit report, current mortgage products, individual budge and affordability considerations and additional financial counseling support as needed. Homebuyer Education Seminars: Provides comprehensive information on the following topics - Money management strategies, including saving for a home, Credit reports, scoring and wise use of credit as a homeowner, Financing options (including FHA, VA, and RD loans) and working with a lender, Predatory lending awareness, Shopping for a home and working with a Realtor, Home maintenance and the home inspection process, and Homeownership resources and applicable referrals

The Maintenance Department consists of streets, street sweeping, snow removal, and fleet maintenance.

Investigates child abuse and neglect cases by working with the State's Attorney, law enforcement, and community resources to determine extent of alleged child abuse or neglect. Other services include adoptions, licensing of foster homes, assessment services, case management, and intensive family services. Medical assistance programs include: ​Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP): Coverage includes such things as doctor, hospital, prescription drugs, counseling, dental and glasses. Insurance for children up to age 19 at no cost to the family if the income is below certain income levels found on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If the family income is below 140%, the children may be eligible with or without private health insurance. If there is insurance, CHIP will pay the deductibles, co-insurance, and possibly some medical services not covered by the private insurance. ​Medicaid: Health care coverage for people who qualify. To be eligible for Medicaid, individuals must fall into a coverage group and meet certain financial and non-financial eligibility criteria. Provides help for older adults and people with disabilities.

Community-based counseling center that provide a wide range of social and psychological services, including professional readjustment counseling to eligible Veterans, active duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve components, and their families. Bereavement services for family members is also available. Readjustment counseling is offered to make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Individual, group, couples, and family counseling is offered in addition to referral and connection to other VA or community benefits and services.

Examples of repairs include accessibility ramps, and other accessibility issues, plumbing repair, electrical repair and HVAC repair. A Brush With Kindness (ABWK) - ABWK helps low-income homeowners who struggle to maintain the exterior of their homes, allowing them to reclaim their homes with pride and dignity. ABWK helps revitalize the appearance of the neighborhood, strengthens connections within the community and helps preserve affordable housing stock. Aging in Place - Partner with families, communities and local organizations to help order adults improve their homes and their quality of life so they can flourish where they live.

Provides advocacy for mental health services in Moody County.

Provides home medical equipment to assist in the transition from hospital to care at home. Services provided include oxygen, ventilators, apnea monitors, CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure), nebulizers, oximeters, walkers, crutches, canes, wheelchairs, lift chairs, medical alert systems, power mobility services, and other assistive living devices, breast pumps, phototherapy, mastectomy garments, ostomy supplies, compression garments, pumps, wound supplies, and orthopedic bracing. Infusion services also available. Professional staff include: RT's, LPN's, Pharmacists, ATP's, and other trained professionals are on staff to assure high quality services are provided.

A weekly support group to help individuals move toward rebuilding their lives following the loss of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. This class features 13 individual lessons/discussions, allowing participants to join at any time.
