Reservations are accepted from 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. Cost per one way ride is $3.00 and cash is accepted by drivers. Drivers do not carry change. 10 ride and 20 ride punch cards are available for purchase. ​Paratransit Services are available to persons with disabilities at the rate of $3.00 per ride, and features curb-to-curb service. Special certifications are not required for visitors with disabilities. 50% of buses are wheelchair accessible. ​Provides shuttle service to Summit, SD to meet up with Jefferson Bus Lines for long distance trips, with stops in Groton and Webster for passengers. Currently operates on Monday, Thursday, and Friday of each week. ​Provides Medicaid transportation to anywhere in the state.

Brandon Transit is owned by city of Brandon and is managed by ROCS (Rural Office of Community Services).

They can also assist with personal care (i.e. bathing, dressing), companionship, assistance with daily activities (i.e. meal preparation, light housekeeping), and transportation. These services are designed to enhance the quality of life and promote independence for clients in their own homes or community settings.

ADA accessible vehicles are available to passengers with a disability. Medical appointments to Rapid City/Ft. Meade are pre-scheduled between 10:00am - 2:00 pm MT/11:00am - 3:00pm CT before date of appointment. All out of town medical trips are on a 1st come 1st serve basis and are based on driver availability. Non-medical out of town trips available with 48 hour notice. Medicaid is an accepted form of payment for medical trips. There are many transportation grant opportunities available through RCPT. Call for more information. RCPT coordinates with all other transit agencies in South Dakota and can facilitate a ride statewide. Also, is Jefferson Lines associated.

The Family Support 360 (FS360) Program is self-directed, which means the person and their family choose the services, the staff who provide them, and a schedule based on their needs. FS360 helps people and their family receive state-funded services and other community services, together with natural supports (extended family members, friends, neighbors, church congregations, and community organizations). Family Support Service Coordinators act as an advocate for you and your family. Services and supports include but are not limited to: service coordination, environmental accessibility adaptive equipment, vehicle modifications, companion services, supported employment, personal care, respite care, special medical adaptive equipment and supplies, nutritional supplements, specialized therapies, and recreational and social opportunities.
