Jail Treatment Program - Alcohol and other drug abuse treatment services with an emphasis on criminal / addictive thinking and interactive journaling. The interactive journaling process encourages people to personalize the information they acquire and to take responsibility for their own recovery. Treatment is provided in the Minnehaha County Jail. Adolescent and Adult Outpatient Treatment Program - Consists of group therapy, alcohol and other drug information, skill development and relapse prevention. IMT (Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment) - consists of group therapy, individual therapy, case management, residential support and aftercare services. Intensity of services changes with the length of time spent in the program. Weekly participation ranges from 2-19 hours of service a week, depending on client needs.

Participants are guided through lessons on the impacts of alcohol and drugs on the mind, body, and spirit. This 10-week adult program meets on a weekly basis. Incentives are available for graduates of the program. Therapeutic Sewing and Beading brings together coffee, laughter, and traditional craft-making! Open to the community as an opportunity to warm up with some coffee and work on beading and sewing with help from experts. Wellbriety is a 12-step meeting and recovery developed by White Bison. It is rooted in the teachings of Medicine Wheel, They Cycle of Life and the Four Laws of Changes. This group is open to all, and may be provided virtually. Other cultural activities, such as Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Group, Prayer Songs class and other welcoming events are offered during the week to take care of individuals spirit and keep connected to traditional Indigenous ways of life.
